    •Processing Times - Standard turnaround time is approximately 7 Business Days from submission and valid payment.

    •Rush Processing - Rush processing is approximately 2 business days from submission and valid payment

    •Transfer Fee - There is a $125 Transfer Fee payable to Spectra Associates, Inc. upon Close of Escrow for any sale transaction.

    •Payment by check can be made by sending a check payable to Spectra Associates, Inc. to 2534 Honolulu ave. Montrose, CA 91020. Please include info listed above and a copy of any forms for completion. Processing times begin upon receipt.
